Savant Tours is a Toronto-based tour operator specializing in thoughtfully curated experiences across Toronto and the Niagara Region. They are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in search and reach strategies, responsible for managing the marketing funnel and optimizing campaigns to convert traffic into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across key channels, including paid search (Google Ads), SEO, social media, display advertising, and video platforms
- Manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and traffic generation to conversion optimization and customer retention
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion performance
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to continuously improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign direction
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnels to enhance results
- Track, analyze, and present key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost
- Maintain and recover social/ad account health, including resolving AI-driven or automated flagging and takedowns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on search and performance marketing
- Demonstrated, metrics-backed track record across multiple channels, we are specifically looking for candidates with experience beyond a single platform
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile/local SEO, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube/TikTok/Instagram Reels, and email marketing platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO and how it complements paid strategies
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems, comfortable presenting results via dashboards and reports, not just screenshots of engagement
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with cohesive messaging and attribution strategies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Energy-driven, extroverted, and a strategic, several-steps-ahead thinker
- Background in travel, tourism, or experiential marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with landing page builders and CRO tools such as Unbounce, Hotjar, or Optimizely
- SEO specialization (backlinks, title tags, technical SEO) is a strong asset, though not mandatory
