Support the execution of branding and digital marketing strategy;
Prepare briefs for content creation and social media strategies, focusing on brand reach and visibility;
Monitor brand mentions across digital channels and alert relevant stakeholders to notable developments;
Monitor trends and provide innovation insights within the digital environment;
Develop presentations;
Track website and social media KPIs with a performance focus, and manage/update their content;
Monitor paid media campaigns;
Collaborate with other teams such as CRM, Internal Communications and Sales to ensure brand and message consistency across channels;
Participate with the team in addressing requests from other departments;
Manage the department budget and payments: initiate and monitor payment processes and billing requests with Finance, from purchase requisitions through monthly budget close.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Social Communication/Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
Editing tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Microsoft Office suite
English is a plus.
