BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company focused on empowering businesses through innovative financial tools. They are seeking Business Development Representatives to qualify leads, build customer relationships, and generate new sales opportunities within the Direct Sales channel.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Network with partners
- Generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
- Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives
- Perform creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
- Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through a mix of calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
- Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
- Meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume (80+ outbound calls per day), meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
- Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles are an opportunity to align on goals and celebrate wins
- Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
