Barti is a venture-backed startup on a mission to build the future of eye care. As a Demand Generation + Growth Marketing Manager, you will own pipeline growth across core channels, executing multi-channel campaigns and managing event strategies to foster engagement and generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outbound
- Own event strategy and execution in coordination with Marketing Coordinator to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipeline
- Run Barti's webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-up
- Identify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorships
- Build and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipeline
- Partner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategies
- Own the operational execution of your individual campaigns—including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment—while contributing to broader team processes
- Focus on driving tangible revenue and pipeline results rather than simply increasing MQL counts, while providing data-backed recommendations to executive leadership on resource allocation
