CEPRES is the leading and fastest growing digital platform for private capital markets, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to support DealForge, their solution for deal analytics and benchmarking. This role involves driving pipeline growth by engaging senior investment professionals and supporting the sales organization with targeted outreach and demo bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Generate pipeline through highly personalized outbound email outreach (primary channel)
- Cold calling to support email outreach and introduce prospects to the solution
- LinkedIn engagement and inbound lead qualification
- Drive qualified demo bookings with senior investment professionals at GPs
- Target firms with $500M+ AUM across North America
- Engage investor relations, investment strategy, deal, and underwriting teams
- Achieve 15+ qualified demos per month
- Build tailored outreach referencing deals, portfolios, and investment focus
- Maintain CRM pipeline tracking and contribute to sales strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of sales or client-facing experience
- Experience in private capital markets or financial markets
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in ambiguity
- High ownership and accountability
- Outbound or BDR experience
- Data product exposure
- CRM familiarity (Zoho preferred)
- Apollo or similar tools
- Microsoft Office proficiency
