New Charter Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for AI, a high-impact role focused on growing AI-related revenue and market presence. The BDM will develop strategies, identify business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in AI adoption and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for New Charter's AI solutions and services
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with SMB and mid-market clients seeking AI adoption and integration support
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients navigating AI strategy, tooling, and implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price AI enablement engagements
- Build relationships with AI technology vendors and ecosystem partners to enhance NCT's solution offerings
- Partner with marketing to develop AI-focused content, case studies, and demand generation campaigns
- Educate internal sales teams on AI enablement offerings and positioning
- Represent New Charter at industry events, webinars, and partner forums related to AI and digital transformation
- Maintain pipeline data and forecasting accuracy within the CRM
- Up to 50% travel

- 4+ years of technology sales or business development experience, with exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions
- Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, and use cases (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, automation platforms, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing full sales cycles in a consultative, solutions-oriented environment
- Strong CRM proficiency and structured pipeline management
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
- Intellectually curious with a passion for emerging technology
