Stibo Systems is a global company with Danish heritage, empowering businesses to become digital leaders through AI-powered, SaaS-based solutions. They are seeking a Senior Manager for Renewals & Projects in Revenue Operations to lead the Renewals function and drive strategic initiatives across commercial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Renewals team, driving forecasting, pipeline management, pricing governance, and commercial execution to protect and grow recurring revenue
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to improve renewal performance, reduce revenue leakage, and continuously optimize the renewals process
- Lead strategic initiatives supporting our SaaS operating model, including pricing, CPQ readiness, billing, entitlements, Agentic MDM, and master data improvements
- Work across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales Operations to deliver scalable processes, system improvements, and strong business adoption
- Improve CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting, and commercial governance to enable better decision-making and execution
- Support the evolution of our commercial systems and operating model to ensure scalability as the business grows
- Build structure, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders from planning through execution
- Drive change management to ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are adopted across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals, Customer Success Operations, or similar SaaS/subscription commercial roles
- Solid experience leading renewals or commercial operations in a SaaS-based business
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, CRM, and commercial governance
- Experienced with Salesforce and commercial systems such as CPQ, ERP, billing, or similar platforms
