McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers, and they are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive the expansion of their global consumer footprint. This role involves optimizing the user acquisition and monetization funnel through a data-driven approach and managing a world-class experimentation engine.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Growth Funnel: Define and execute the product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversion loops
- Run Rapid Experimentation: Design, deploy, and analyze high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests to optimize onboarding flows, paywalls, checkout experiences, and engagement triggers
- Drive Data-Led Prioritization: Manage the growth backlog, prioritizing initiatives strictly based on estimated ROI, business impact, and statistical significance over subjective opinions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner deeply with UX Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing to build seamless, low-friction user journeys across channels
- Deepen Data Analytics: Work hand-in-hand with Data Science and Analytics to uncover conversion bottlenecks, map user behavior trends, and build robust funnel dashboards
- Value-Driven Monetization: Focus on building growth hooks that deliver clear, immediate customer value, ensuring long-term user retention and earned renewals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in Growth Product Management (ideally within B2C/D2C SaaS, digital subscriptions, or high-volume consumer tech)
- A demonstrated history of driving material business outcomes—you can clearly articulate how your past experiments moved the needle on acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, or ARR
- Deep familiarity with modern growth stacks, analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely), and statistical concepts required for accurate A/B test analysis
- Intensely focused on business metrics and user behavior rather than just shipping features; you know how to measure the exact impact of every change you introduce
- Strong empathy for the user; you look for growth opportunities by reducing friction and solving user problems, not through dark patterns or artificial friction
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear, business-oriented, board-friendly narratives and present confidently to executive stakeholders
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity, making independent decisions quickly based on data, and adapting strategies as fast as market data dictates
- Understanding of cybersecurity, online privacy, or device utility software is a plus, but a world-class growth mindset is the priority
