Lead in-store discovery with shoppers and retail staff to understand real behavior
Take end-to-end responsibility for the experience across clerk-led and self-service flows
Improve speed, clarity, and trust in the scanning and recommendation experience
Prototype collaboratively and iteratively using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, v0.dev) to explore, validate, and refine ideas before committing engineering resources
Translate complex fit data and machine learning outputs into intuitive user experiences
Work closely with the commercial team and retail partners to ensure real-world impact
Contribute to and thoughtfully shape product strategy with an evidence-informed perspective
Navigate trade-offs thoughtfully, balancing usability, performance, and scalability
Identify friction points and opportunities across the in-store journey
Communicate openly on plans, progress, and decisions
Travel up to 4 times per year as needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent product-building roles
Strong product sense for interaction design, usability, and human behavior
Comfortable working directly with customers in physical environments
Build trusted relationships across commercial and retail partners
Actively use AI tools to prototype, test, and iterate on solutions
Strong discovery instincts; able to listen carefully and surface insights from real-world behavior
Able to balance speed with reliability in a live retail environment
Able to make well-reasoned product decisions in ambiguous, real-world situations
