Customer Support Advisor

Role Overview

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails
• Conduct daily outbound calls to customers with overdue services
• Manage a variety of service processes across multiple automotive brands
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding potential sales opportunities
• Stay informed about current service promotions and offerings
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments
