About this role
Role Overview
Establish positive relationship with all customers regarding aftersales topics through regular meetings, visits and contacts
Actively promote Liebherr service products, including parts, labor, modules, licenses, upgrades, etc.
Oversee management activities of Field Services Department, both ad-hoc and contract
Oversee management activities of Warranty Department
Oversee management activities of Maintenance and Reliability Department
Set and follow adequate related KPIs ensuring performance for each department
Oversee assembly of new machines and deliveries in coordination with sales department
Provide regular feedback/information to customers on items emanating from Liebherr/PTL that may be of interest
Hold weekly coordination meeting with all Heads of Departments
Provide executive monthly report or as required to management, summarizing department activity, performance and highlights
Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all work groups under responsibility
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of management experience in Customer Support within the Mining Industry or similar sector
Strong background in maintenance management
Proven project management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with relevant business and technical software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise and manage teams
Ability to coach and train national workforce, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer
Punctual, reliable, and demonstrates a high standard of work ethic
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and internationally as required
