About this role
Role Overview
Verify service receipts/documents for the company and partners.
Carry out archive (inactive records) routines, complete control spreadsheets, identify and file documents into folders.
Enter information into the client's system and send a digital copy (via email) of the supporting document to the client's accounts payable department.
Print Cost Sheets, comprising all recorded expenses.
Organize documentation and file process records into folders.
Send copies of shipping documents for foreign exchange settlement to the client's finance department.
Check demurrage charges (container detention fees) to request the client's subsequent approval.
Requirements
Minimum education: High school diploma.
Preferred education: Currently pursuing higher education (college/university).
No prior experience required.
English
