Sr. Overseas Quality Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the early-stage quality planning of new projects, coordinating with the PMO and the mass production quality team to ensure that quality objectives, standards, and planning content are safely implemented into SOP 2.Collect past overseas quality-related issues, identify and analyze improvement measures at the front end of projects; participate in the rationality review of quality process layout at overseas manufacturing bases, provide Quality Assurance opinions during the planning stage, and ensure that quality process planning meets the requirements of mass production 3. Responsible for providing professional advice on personnel planning for quality inspection at overseas new factories, organizing the verification of vehicle inspection equipment, and tracking and closing quality issues during the PT phase 4. Responsible for the centralized management of two-way quality information between domestic manufacturing bases and overseas OEM partners, establishing a quality coordination mechanism between internal and external sites, uniformly integrating and synchronizing quality anomaly information, corrective action progress, and risk ledgers in domestic and international operations, and ensuring the synchronization of quality information across global manufacturing bases

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science, or related fields. 2. 6+ years of relevant work experience in vehicle process quality and complete vehicle quality management at an OEM. 3. Familiar with mass production processes at domestic NEV manufacturing bases and overseas OEM management models; proficient in vehicle quality control logic; knowledgeable about IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems; possess strong cross-site coordination, root-cause investigation, and closed-loop quality control capabilities.
