Saywhatt is a new kind of AI sales system, designed to provide professional assistance in complex purchasing scenarios. The Head of Sales will own the full sales cycle, build the sales team, and define the go-to-market strategy as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting - build sequences, identify Shopify DTC targets, generate your own pipeline
- Run discovery and demos - find the specific pain before pitching
- Close deals and manage the handoff to onboarding
- Feed win/loss learnings directly to the founding team
- Define the sales infrastructure over time - CRM, sequences, ICP scoring
- Shape the sales team structure as we grow - define hiring criteria, onboard future reps, and build the function from the ground up
