The Sales & Leadership Trainer is responsible for accelerating the success of new leaders and strengthening the sales capability of the field through practical, action-driven training.
Focuses on training new leaders to build sustainable, duplicatable businesses.
Educates consultants and leaders on how to effectively promote, position, and sell products to customers.
Drives sponsoring activity, increases consultant productivity, and improves overall sales performance across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong background in direct sales or field leadership.
Deep understanding of selling behaviors and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on income-producing activities.
Willingness to travel to Corporate Events such as National Convention.
