StrouseHouse.io is seeking a high-level Performance Marketer / Full-Funnel Growth Strategist with experience in building social media marketing and email campaigns that generate revenue. The role involves creating and overseeing full-funnel marketing campaigns, developing strategies for organic and paid content, and collaborating with the internal team to execute comprehensive marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies for StrouseHouse.io and client accounts
- Create offer positioning, hooks, angles, messaging, and campaign concepts
- Plan organic social content strategies that support authority, trust, demand, and lead generation
- Script short-form and long-form ad videos designed to generate booked calls
- Develop creative briefs for video editors, graphic designers, and content teams
- Create paid social ad concepts for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedin
- Build email marketing campaigns for lead nurture, sales conversion, reactivation, promotions, and follow-up
- Map out the customer journey from first touch to booked call to closed deal
- Work with the internal team to execute campaigns across organic, paid, email, and funnel assets
- Review creative deliverables and provide clear feedback to make sure the final product matches the campaign strategy
- Research competitors, winning ad angles, viral content trends, and market opportunities
- Help improve landing pages, call booking flows, lead magnets, and funnel conversion points
- Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations based on data
- Help create repeatable campaign frameworks that can be used across multiple client accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience building full-funnel marketing campaigns from scratch
- Experience working on high-ticket offers selling for $5,000+
- Experience with offers where the main goal was to book qualified sales calls through social media ads and organic social media content
- Experience creating organic social content strategies that support paid campaigns
- Experience scripting direct-response video ads for social media
- Experience building email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and increase conversions
- Experience working with creative teams, video editors, designers, media buyers, and account managers
- Strong understanding of hooks, offers, funnels, angles, objections, buying psychology, and direct-response marketing
- Ability to look at a business and identify what messaging, offer, funnel, and creative strategy will actually drive sales
- Ability to lead the vision while also being hands-on enough to write scripts, briefs, emails, and campaign plans
- Experience working with agencies, coaching companies, info products, service businesses, or high-ticket appointment-based offers

- Experience researching winning ads through Facebook Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, competitor funnels, and organic content trends
- Experience managing or collaborating with media buyers
