ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5+ years of experience to design complex digital products, focusing on user-centered design processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement overall design strategy for digital products and websites
- Define and optimize design processes and tools across the team
- Lead UX design activities from inception to delivery, managing multiple product workstreams simultaneously
- Understand and advocate for client and end-user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements, user scenarios, and use cases
- Create UX and design assets including process flows, site maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design strategy and interaction behaviors
- Present design solutions in a way that clearly articulates the rationale behind key decisions
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
- Provide design leadership and guidance to technical teams
- Deliver design assets on schedule to support the product roadmap
- Uphold company standards for physical and digital security practices
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong foundation in information architecture and interaction design
- Experience in user research and human factors, including user interviews, usability testing, task analysis, and translating insights into intuitive interfaces for diverse user groups
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, clinical experts, and regulatory stakeholders
- Genuine interest in healthcare or medical technology, with a passion for improving patient, clinician, or healthcare professional experiences through evidence-based design
- Experience in regulated industries preferred, particularly medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other safety-critical environments where usability, risk mitigation, and compliance are priorities
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated products, IEC 62366 usability engineering, human factors engineering, clinical workflows, or medical device software (SaMD) is a plus
