UI/UX designer Intern

Virtual IP is looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical, educational experience in user interface design, user experience research, wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
• Support UI/UX research, competitor review, and user experience improvements
• Help design clean, user-friendly layouts for web and digital products
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and team members to understand design requirements
• Learn how to use design feedback to improve screens, layouts, and user journeys
• Support design documentation, style guides, and basic design system updates
• Participate in team discussions and design review sessions during CST/CT working hours

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a relevant program such as UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work during agreed U.S. CST/CT hours
