Job Title: Deputy Director – MEP
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15-20 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP design and coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project delivery across Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Domestic project portfolios.
- Business Development support on making proposals + P&L
- Experience in Buildings, Hospitality, Hospitals, DATA Centre, Commercial, Retail & Residential etc.
- Team management
- Provide technical leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local codes.
- Review design deliverables, technical reports, calculations, and drawings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Support project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and guide MEP teams to achieve project objectives and delivery timelines.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in MEP design and project management for infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in both GDC and Domestic project environments.
- Strong understanding of international design standards, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in transportation, aviation, metro, highways, water, or other major infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead large technical teams.
