Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Container Platform (Kubernetes) to lead and support container platform operations with a primary focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes administration, cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage container platform operations with a focus on GKE and Kubernetes environments.
Design, deploy, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Implement infrastructure automation and provisioning using Terraform.
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab integrated with Kubernetes environments.
Monitor cluster health, performance, and availability using Prometheus and related observability tools.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production environments.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support application deployment and platform modernization initiatives.
Establish and maintain operational standards, best practices, and documentation for container platform management.
Required Qualifications
8 10 years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience administering Kubernetes clusters in enterprise environments.
Experience managing and operating Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux-based environments.
Knowledge of container technologies, networking, security, and cloud-native architectures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Prometheus and Kubernetes monitoring solutions.
Experience with container security and service mesh technologies.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services beyond GKE.
Knowledge of GitOps practices and automation frameworks.
