They are seeking a Senior Marketing & Growth Consultant who will design and run their own marketing campaigns, engage with motivated professionals, and manage their own pipeline using modern digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and run your own marketing campaigns using proven frameworks
• Apply your experience in advertising, lead generation, brand positioning and content creation
• Engage with senior professionals exploring career direction or leadership development
• Introduce high‑value leadership and professional development resources
• Manage your own pipeline using modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms)
• Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
• Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your marketing and advisory skills
• Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, brand strategy, consulting or related senior fields
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign‑building capability
• Experience generating leads, positioning brands and driving client acquisition
• A commercial mindset and comfort with results‑based earning
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Interest in leadership development, human potential or professional growth
