Research Partnerships Lead

LatchBio is a company focused on advancing biological intelligence through AI in the biotech industry. As a Partnerships Lead, you will establish relationships with biologists and AI researchers, managing the full partnership process from outreach to customer success.

• Outreach and org mapping - understand the space by understanding the teams of people
• Relationship building - find how to be helpful to the people you want to partner with
• Partnership creation - each one is unique and needs to be designed around real needs
