Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to architect their recruiting strategy and build a technical hiring engine to source exceptional engineering talent.

Responsibilities:

• Architect our technical recruiting strategy
• Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
• Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans
• Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth
• Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest
