Business Systems Analyst, Information Lifecycle - Remote

NTT DATA Services is a global innovator of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale data governance and cleanup initiative. The role focuses on managing data throughout its lifecycle within a structured environment, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute structured data cleanup and deletion workflows
• Analyze data to identify stale or non-compliant datasets
• Document actions for compliance and audit tracking
• Support KPI reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor tools (training provided)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting data cleanup, data governance, ILM, data lifecycle, or audit/compliance processes
• 5+ years of experience with data analysis and problem-solving
• 5+ years working with large datasets and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large dataset handling)
• 5+ years of strong data organization and documentation skills
• Exposure to GCP, SQL, or reporting tools
• Experience with dashboarding or data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
• Familiarity with Jira or agile environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
