They are seeking an Account Executive to fully own the sales process, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and work closely with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs.
Responsibilities:
- Fully own the sales process from first conversation through signed contract
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across inbound leads, outbound channels, partnerships, and referrals
- Run thoughtful discovery calls to understand customer goals, challenges, buying process, and urgency
- Give compelling product demos that connect Lapis directly to a prospect's needs
- Navigate multiple enterprise stakeholders and surface their objections before they become blockers
- Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth handoff
- Work with product team to convey prospect feedback and influence future product feature development
