They are seeking an AI Business Process Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and documentation while supporting testing, change management, and user adoption activities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for requirements gatherings
- Perform business process analysis and create use case prioritization
- Create/design solutions for Business processes and process mappings
- Create/update all necessary documentation
- Lead stakeholder workshops execution with focus on Agentic AI capabilities
- Perform necessary testing
- Lead user adoption/training activities to include training content creation
- Work with necessary change management boards as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 + years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business process analysis and process mapping
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- AI and intelligent automation use case identification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate insights with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs
- Microsoft Copilot Studio functional knowledge
- Public sector experience
