Business Operation Analyst II

The Business Operation Analyst II will support and optimize Title Production Systems, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications
• Strong application administration/background on the technical side of title operations
• Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows
• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
• Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Individual contributor working with limited oversight
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations
• Partners with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs, identify system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall user experience
• Serves as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows while supporting system configuration, testing, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications
• Strong application administration/background on the technical side of title operations
• Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows
• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
• Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Individual contributor working with limited oversight
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Experience with one or more Title Production Systems (TPS) or closing platforms preferred, including: Resware, AIM, Qualia, SoftPro / SoftPro 360, RamQuest
