Eaton is a leader in Electrical Engineering Services & Systems, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to unify their product lines for internal and external customers. This strategic role involves developing customer messaging, collaborating with sales and product management, and leading initiatives to support Eaton's long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead EESS customer messaging and story that spans across the portfolio that incorporates market trends, customer challenges, and Eaton’s value
- Work closely with MarCom on strategic messaging, promotions, events, and collateral for EESS
- Lead cross product line strategic initiatives such as Services Attachment, Leads, and Assessments
- Develop a strategic roadmap and strategy to achieve our digital tools vision
- Support the EESS Marketing Director in key strategic initiatives to achieve our long-term vision
- Oversee and collaborate with sales leadership and product line managers to coordinate services sales training
- Support key strategic planning activities such as Strat Planning, Road mapping, and Profit Planning
- Led the Digital Tools team to deliver and build out our front-end tools and metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in marketing, product management, or sales
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the electrical industry across sales, operations, product management, marketing, or in a technical role
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. - Must be based in the United States and able to work in a fully remote role
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Master's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution
- 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product management
- 2 years of experience in Electrical Services
- Experience with launching new products into the market
- Experience working with product configuration tools
