Responsibilities:
- Synthesize Omnichannel Analytics : Extract, interpret, and convert complex data sets from BI platforms (Tableau and Amplitude) into executive-level performance reporting decks to steer cross-functional business rhythms
- Deploy Agile Content Solutions : Draft, iterate, and route high-impact, short-form email and SMS copy through complex legal and compliance workflows to accelerate campaign time-to-market
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Initiatives : Manage competing operational priorities across three distinct marketing workstreams (Lifecycle, Web, and Frontline Enablement) to ensure unified campaign delivery
- Optimize Workflow Documentation : Maintain and update living campaign tracking documentation, ensuring flawless data governance and operational continuity across all active go-to-market channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise-level marketing experience with a proven track record of executing initiatives across lifecycle/CRM, sales enablement, or digital web channels
- Hands-on proficiency utilizing data analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude to diagnose performance trends and deliver actionable, data-driven proposals
- Elite short-form copy execution capabilities coupled with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage rigid brand and stakeholder approval workflows
- Mastery of enterprise CRM/MAP architectures (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and collaborative tooling like Google Workspace and generative AI workflows
