Arc Network is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to join their Custom Marketing Solutions Team. This role involves managing client programs, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of custom programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring a positive client experience; all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and business objectives
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines with clear milestones and deadlines
- Lead program kickoff calls with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure programs remain on track and that client expectations are managed, escalating issues promptly when needed
- Partner with teams across sales, design, development, editorial, and marketing to ensure seamless execution
- Track and analyze program performance, updating metrics in project management software
- Gain a working knowledge of project management procedures across Custom products
- Develop an understanding of each site's unique audience and how to engage them
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact
- Take initiative in leading client-facing calls with professionalism and confidence
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a Program Coordinator, Client Services, or related role
