Xecutive Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Search Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads. The role involves developing and optimizing comprehensive Google Ads strategies, managing budgets, and providing performance analysis to meet key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads strategies (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing) to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue targets
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and negative keyword management to maximize relevance and efficiency
- Write high-converting ad copy, develop extensions, and run A/B tests on headlines, descriptions, landing pages, and bids
- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies (manual, Smart Bidding, Target ROAS/CPA), and auction insights to improve efficiency and scale spend profitably
- Monitor campaigns daily using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and other tools. Provide actionable insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with web and creative teams to improve Quality Score, landing page experience, and conversion funnels
- Build and refine audience segments, RLSA campaigns, and customer match strategies
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google’s policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations
- Stay current with Google Ads updates, beta features, and emerging paid search trends; test new tactics to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts ($50K+ monthly spend preferred)
- Google Ads Certification (and preferably Google Analytics Certification)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS/CPA targets in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Data Studio/Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep knowledge of search intent, Quality Score factors, bidding algorithms, and attribution modeling
- Experience in [Industry – e.g., manufacturing, industrial, B2B services, e-commerce, etc.]
- Experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid channels
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing agency relationships or in-house teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
