Nexcess provides specialty cloud solutions and is seeking an AI Production Standards Manager to enhance their marketing output. This role involves owning and evolving AI production workflows, setting standards for marketing work, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve the AI production workflows across the marketing org, ensuring what they produce is on-brand, on-brief, and publish-ready at pace
- Set and document the standard for the work the org produces, across formats and channels, making what good looks like concrete, accessible, and actionable for everyone producing it across the business
- Enable marketers, writers, and subject matter experts across the org to produce better work independently, through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with demand gen, brand, partnerships, and leadership to ensure the work across all functions consistently sounds and feels like Nexcess
- Audit output across the org and identify where the standard is slipping and why, then fix it at the source rather than at the end of the process
- Iterate on and expand the existing brand voice and AI production resources, keeping them sharp and useful as the brand evolves
