Element Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through successful completion. The role requires strong project management expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, budgets, and communication strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, executive stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – Mandatory
- Minimum 7 years of customer project management experience
- Minimum 10 years of overall project management experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale customer-facing projects from initiation to completion
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic accounts
- Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications
- Experience managing Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, ERP, CRM, Data Management, or Enterprise Software projects
- Experience working with global delivery and offshore teams
