The Business Development Representative will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships across multiple industries to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across industries such as media production, advertising, entertainment, real estate, construction, tourism, sports, and corporate marketing
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business opportunities
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, virtual meetings, networking, referrals, and other business development activities
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate aerial cinematography and drone-service solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service recommendations tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to broader team objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, client acquisition, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Experience using CRM platforms and business productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Experience supporting clients in media production, advertising, marketing, events, broadcasting, creative services, or related industries
- Familiarity with consultative sales practices and long-term relationship management
