E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup focused on building the next hyperscaler for AI agents. As a Technical Recruiter, you will shape the hiring philosophy and processes while partnering with leadership to identify and recruit top talent in the engineering and AI fields.

Responsibilities:

• Build the team that will define the future of the company
• Help shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale
• Partner directly with the Head of Talent and leadership team to identify hiring needs, source, and close exceptional candidates
• Establish E2B as a destination for top engineers, builders, and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem, while ensuring every hire raises the bar
• Design interview processes and close senior candidates
• Play a critical role in assembling a world-class team capable of executing E2B’s ambitious vision
