Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal.
Partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery.
Execute staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates.
Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements.
Lead and execute special projects to support long-term talent strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred.
Experience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferred.
Experience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferred.
