Sales Partner – Business Development

VibeTech Development is a managed services provider focused on optimizing technology environments for businesses. They are seeking a Sales Partner to connect with business owners who need their services, facilitating the introduction without requiring technical knowledge or deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Connect us with business owners who need what we do
• Open the door and get paid every time we walk through it

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, referral-based selling, or business development — insurance, real estate, merchant services, staffing, or advertising backgrounds translate directly
• An existing network of business owners OR the hunger and discipline to build one
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with decision-makers
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
• No technical or AI background required — full training and sales materials provided
• Drive and work ethic matter more than credentials — we will work with anyone willing to produce results
