Followup CRM is a company focused on providing a CRM platform tailored for construction companies. They are seeking a strategic and user-centric Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of their construction-focused CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the construction CRM platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements
- Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Oversee integrations with third-party tools commonly used in the construction industry, such as estimating software and project management tools
- Ensure the product complies with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with SaaS products in the construction or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and integration platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of construction industry workflows and challenges
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms
