Own and drive the Pension product roadmap from concept to delivery
Work closely with leadership to agree the strategy for Pension
Lead ideation and concept refinement, define requirements with engineering and design partners
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across operations, risk, compliance, commercial, and senior leadership
Define and own success metrics for the Pension proposition
Coordinate third-party provider relationships relevant to the Pension product

Product management experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment
Strong product craft: understand customers, write sharp requirements, and make considered UX decisions
Data-driven: use data to spot problems and validate solutions
Commercially minded: revenue, cost, and business model implications front of mind in product decisions
Experience in fintech, especially with investments, wealth management, or pension products (nice to have)
Familiarity with the UK pension landscape, including SIPP products (nice to have)
Comfortable presenting and aligning with senior leadership
Clear, direct communicator — written and verbal — adaptable to different audiences

Competitive salary based on experience (up to £75,000)
