The Sr Associate HR Program Manager will support the HR People Systems and Analytics team, managing HR technology and analytics initiatives while ensuring quality and alignment with business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
- Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
- Assist with vendor management
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Assist with adhoc/custom reporting request. Provide business analysis where applicable on the reports
- Provide technical and functional support on the use of global HRIS applications, systems, and tools. (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow, M365, etc.)
