Sr Associate HR Program Manager

The Sr Associate HR Program Manager will support the HR People Systems and Analytics team, managing HR technology and analytics initiatives while ensuring quality and alignment with business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
• Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
• Assist with vendor management
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Assist with adhoc/custom reporting request. Provide business analysis where applicable on the reports
• Provide technical and functional support on the use of global HRIS applications, systems, and tools. (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, ServiceNow, M365, etc.)
