Empire Merchants is a high-energy software company in the Boston high tech industry, currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. The role involves engaging with C-Level executives, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support the sales team and achieve monthly goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting and initiating business-oriented conversations with Director, VP and C-Level executives
- Deliver qualified leads to the sales team in a demanding environment
- Execute on outbound prospecting and qualifying marketing-generated leads to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
Requirements:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, coachable and organized individual
- Enjoys prospecting and initiating business-oriented conversations with Director, VP and C-Level executives
- Prior success delivering qualified leads to a sales team in a demanding environment is helpful
- Willingness to train
