CombineHealth is building an AI workforce for healthcare revenue cycle operations. The Chief Client Success Officer will lead client success, implementation, and client outcomes, ensuring measurable value from partnerships with healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own executive relationships across CombineHealth’s client base
- Serve as the senior client-facing leader for strategic accounts
- Ensure clients clearly understand the value CombineHealth is delivering across coding, billing, denials, eligibility, and broader RCM workflows
- Translate AI performance into business outcomes: revenue lift, denial reduction, reduced manual work, faster turnaround time, improved accuracy, and improved operational visibility
- Build trusted relationships with client leadership, including CFOs, COOs, practice administrators, RCM leaders, and physician executives
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive readouts focused on measurable impact
- Own the end-to-end client implementation experience
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, and AI teams to ensure client deployments are smooth, fast, and well-managed
- Define implementation playbooks across EHR access, SFTP/API/HL7 integrations, workflow design, testing, QA, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
- Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional resolution
- Ensure clients have clear timelines, owners, expectations, and success criteria
- Build a repeatable implementation motion that scales as CombineHealth grows
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance
- Use operational data, denial trends, coding insights, payer behavior, and workflow performance to recommend improvements
- Help clients connect day-to-day workflow execution to financial outcomes
- Work with internal teams to convert client feedback into better product configuration, automation logic, analytics, and workflows
- Ensure CombineHealth becomes a strategic operating partner, not just a technology vendor
- Own client retention and expansion in partnership with the CEO and commercial team
- Identify opportunities to expand CombineHealth across additional workflows, facilities, specialties, and claim volume
- Develop account plans for strategic clients
- Support renewals, pricing discussions, enterprise expansion, and reference development
- Turn successful clients into long-term partners, case studies, and advocates
- Act as the voice of the client internally
- Bring structured feedback to product and engineering teams on workflow gaps, integration needs, payer-specific requirements, reporting needs, and operational pain points
- Help prioritize roadmap items based on client impact and revenue cycle value
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world RCM operations
