As a Sales Strategy and Operations Renewals Associate, you will drive insights, operations, and strategy for the sales team, leading cross-functional initiatives and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct retention analysis, perform cohort analysis to identify churn or expansion reasons, and build predictive models to flag "at-risk" accounts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, owning the roadmap, milestones, and internal enablement for new programs or tool transitions
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer lifecycle, designing and implementing scalable workflows that reduce manual tasks for the Sales Team and Partners
