TeamViewer is a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology to improve and automate digital processes. They are seeking a highly organized Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that generate pipeline growth and engage customers across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement
- Own a portfolio of field marketing events and programs from concept through execution, including budgeting, attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event follow-up
- Support executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, trade shows, hospitality experiences, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and maximize business impact
- Collaborate with channel, alliance, digital marketing, marketing operations, and SDR teams to deliver successful programs
- Track program performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or marketing operations
- Experience executing customer events, executive engagement programs, webinars, trade shows, or partner marketing initiatives
- Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and targeted 1:1 or 1: Few marketing initiatives
- Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout North America
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support customer-facing events and programs
