Influence is an AI-native platform designed to replace manual LinkedIn growth for founders. The Growth Marketing Intern will support planning, executing, and measuring experiments to drive user acquisition and retention across digital channels, focusing on LinkedIn and founder communities.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, executing, and measuring experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking key metrics, analyzing user behavior, and generating insights to inform new growth experiments
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop messaging, support content initiatives, and contribute to sales enablement materials
- Help manage small projects, document learnings, and iterate on strategies based on performance data
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Growth Hacking mindset with curiosity to test new ideas, optimize funnels, and experiment with unconventional acquisition tactics
- Interest or experience in Sales, with comfort supporting outreach, lead qualification, and basic funnel analysis
- Basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate small initiatives in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and an interest in creator-led or founder-led marketing
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, basic dashboards) and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or possessing equivalent practical experience
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced startup setting
