Biotech Growth and Partnership Lead

iProcess Global Research Inc is developing AxisOne.ai, an AI-powered platform aimed at enhancing research for biotech and life science organizations. The Biotech Growth and Partnership Lead will drive growth, partnerships, and market adoption for AxisOne, focusing on relationship building and outreach initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive adoption and awareness for AxisOne
• Build relationships with biotech, pharma, CROs, labs, and scientific organizations
• Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, demos, and outreach initiatives
• Support conference planning, networking, and partnership development
• Help manage CRM systems, lead tracking, and growth funnels
• Coordinate with international teams supporting content and execution
• Assist with scientific marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships
• Gather customer feedback and help improve onboarding and messaging
• Support outreach to researchers, scientific communities, and industry partners
