Scion Executive Search is looking for a driven, relationship-first Senior Partner Development Manager to accelerate our firm's growth. This role involves owning outbound business development, driving new partnerships, and managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new client partnerships through strategic outreach, prospecting, and relationship cultivation across phone, email, in-person meetings, and professional networks
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding individual billing targets
- Delivering a consultative client experience that prioritizes long-term partnership over transactional wins
- Strengthening existing client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat engagements
- Leveraging LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify opportunities and expand market presence for Scion Executive Search
- Collaborating cross-functionally to introduce complementary service lines where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate client records and activity tracking within Bullhorn (our CRM)
- Contributing to a high-performing team culture with energy, initiative, and a genuine growth mindset
Requirements:
- At least five years of proven success in an outbound account executive or business development role, with demonstrated experience engaging VP, C-suite, CHRO, and board-level executives
- A background in one or more of the following: advertising or media sales, expo or event sponsorship, management consulting, SaaS or FinTech, or professional services business development
- An established professional network with real potential to translate into new business - this is non-negotiable
- Consistent quota attainment and a track record of closing retained or high-level contingent search engagements (or comparable high-value B2B contracts)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools, with a commitment to using data and technology to drive results
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to influence and inspire at every level of an organization
