Coframe is building the world's first AI Growth Engineer, aiming to revolutionize user interfaces. The Agency Partnerships Lead will establish and manage partnerships with various agencies, creating a scalable partnerships program that drives revenue and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build the partner channel from scratch: identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with agencies, consultancies, and adjacent ecosystem players
- Drive activation after close: ensure partners are onboarded and quickly generating qualified opportunities
- Develop the program: define engagement models, co-sell motions, referral structures, partner tiers, and performance frameworks aligned to Coframe’s growth goals
- Operate as the connective tissue: represent Coframe externally while surfacing partner and market feedback internally to influence product and positioning
- Codify what works: turn early wins into scalable playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes
- Lead outbound partnership development: build pipeline through proactive outreach, not just inbound relationships
- Develop co-marketing and GTM strategies: create joint initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline
- Maintain operational rigor: manage pipeline, referral attribution, account mapping, and performance reporting across partnerships
