The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales of automation and AI-based solutions, targeting manufacturing enterprises, and establishing Frinks AI as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by identifying and closing high-value deals within manufacturing enterprises and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in production, quality control, and automation teams
- Leverage existing connections to expand market reach and promote AI adoption
- Develop collaborations with system integrators, automation service providers, and distributors to scale sales operations
- Stay updated on manufacturing trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop customized sales pitches and solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and performance insights for leadership
