New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Conga CPQ and CLM to support enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with various teams to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
- Product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and bundling
- Quote generation, approvals, amendments, and renewals
- Drive automation and process improvements across the sales lifecycle
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including creation, approvals, renewals, and compliance tracking
- Support clause libraries, templates, redlining, and contract standardization
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams
- Partner with Salesforce architects and developers on solution design
- Provide functional guidance for CPQ/CLM workflows and integrations
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams
- Define UAT strategy, test scenarios, and test cases
- Lead UAT execution and business sign-off
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements
- Identify opportunities to streamline Quote-to-Contract processes
- Promote Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and CLM implementations (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
